一葉扁舟 證明日本祖先有可能來自台灣
不用現代科學方法，靠著星象、風向，5名台、日划手，成功從台東划獨木舟到日本與那國島，日本學者表示，證明日本祖先有可能來自台灣。
「古人類的5官感覺比現代人類還銳利，現代人能划獨木舟到日本，證明過去的古人類更有能力」。
國立台灣史前文化博物館副研究員林志興盯著螢幕，看到獨木舟以原始方法成功從台東划到日本與那國島，更堅信日本的老祖宗有可能來自台灣。
日本考古學界發現史前舊石器時代人類進入日本列島途徑有3，分別為約3萬8000年前從朝鮮半島至九州登陸；約2萬5000年前從歐亞大陸北部經庫頁島跨津輕海峽，以及約3萬年前跨黑潮從台灣到沖繩島。
為了驗證第3條路徑，日本國立科學博物館和國立台灣史前文化博物館合作，尋找這條「太古航線」。
最重要的科學應證就是「航行」，古時候沒有大船，因此研究人員仿古人打推薦商品推薦商品造日本草船、阿美族竹筏，以及獨木舟。
日本團隊的負責人是海部陽介教授，民國105年先以草船從與那國島航向75公里的西表島，最後因天候不佳且船身進水，沒有成功。
接著民國106年日本團隊到台東，驗證阿美族竹筏。由東海岸阿美族人以台灣原生麻竹、黃藤、配合仿製舊石器時代的工具、石斧，打造一艘重約800公斤竹筏IRAI號，但是因太笨重，速度弱於黑潮，黑潮時速約每小時4公里。
民國107年再製改良版「IRAII號」竹筏，縮短船身減輕重量，並從長濱出發航向日本沖繩，發現竹筏不耐巨浪沖擊，竹管易受損滲水。
草船和竹筏驗證效果不佳，團隊改計畫使用獨木舟。最初希望獨木舟在台灣製作，可以嘗試參考阿美族傳統造獨木舟技法，但因海岸線林相改變，取材不易，最後改在日本製作。
獨木舟採用日本能登所產的雪松，模擬舊石器工具製成，船身長7.6公尺、寬0.7公尺、高0.6公尺。由日本考古學家山田昌久監製、工藝家雨宮國廣製作，可乘坐5人，重約350公斤，在日本東京灣附近進行跨越黑潮性能測試，發現獨木舟的穩定性雖不若竹船，但其速度強於竹船1.5倍以上。
為了符合移居發展，因此獨木舟上必須男女都有。
獨木舟今年5月運抵台東，在東海岸經過1個多月的訓練，由4名分別具有海洋知識、天象觀測家、獨木舟好手，及1名台灣划手，4男1女7月7日從台東東海岸烏石鼻海邊出發，未使用科學方法，仿古人原始方法航向日本與那國島。
團隊特別選擇從東海岸長濱鄉烏石鼻漁港出發，因為東海岸的八仙洞是台灣人類被發現最早居住的地方，距今將近3萬年左右，有可能是台灣祖先的發祥地；另一方面，黑潮在成功鎮外海開始轉向，流向日本，古人有可能藉著黑潮的力量，從東海岸遷徙到日本。
途中多次迷航，又藉著觀星象和太陽、風向找到正確航向，經過2天、航行205公里，今天中午11時許成功抵達日本沖繩與那國島久部良港。
一葉扁舟驗證了古人是有能力循著這條太古航線遷徙到日本，日本的老祖宗有可能來自台灣。（中央社）
呂秀蓮邀建言聘管 張善政：原無淵源
【台灣醒報記者林意玲台北報導】「我跟呂副總統其實毫無淵源，完全是透過一位學界朋友居中聯絡。」前行政院長張善政受訪時說明為何與呂秀蓮聯手，促請教育部聘任管中閔為台大校長的經過時說，「有朋友告訴我呂副總統對於拔管的看法，應該從法治面來看，問我有沒有意思出來一起講話。」張善政說，他認為這樣一起講或許能讓藍綠針對公共政策有一致的看法，成為範例。
前副總統呂秀蓮與前行政院長張善政13日共同以臺大校友的身分，發表建言呼籲教育部針對5月12日臺大校務會議決議，依據「大學法」第九條規定，聘任台大校長遴選委員會通過的管中閔為台大校長。兩位在共同建言中表示，並非支持任何個人，而是呼籲任何爭議必須依法行事。曾經分別擔任不同政黨執政時期的副總統與行政院長的他們，認為為了追求高品質公共政策，需要一個透明而公平開放的環境；同時，必須共同堅守民主法治的基本是非。
此一建言在藍綠都掀起巨浪，張善政在受訪時解釋說：「我原來是不想出面，因為我身份的關係，畢竟我也是台哥大董事。和管中閔又是好朋友。」但是張善政之後想想，「連她都可以出來講話，不怕民進黨K她，我認為這樣一起講也很好，或許有個範例，讓藍綠可以針對公共政策有一致的看法。」
「中間人與呂副總統比較熟，但對方不願意曝光。」張善政說。問到：「中間人是政治界的人嗎？」張善政說：「不是，是學界的。」透過這位中間人，張善政曾經跟呂副總統通電話，決定分開撰寫建言，一起發表。張善政稍晚坦承這位中間人就是世新大學教授吳統雄。
張善政說，他跟呂副總統以前有沒有淵源，最近見過一面是在四月30日一同出席一場座談會(見圖，張善政提供)，他說，呂秀蓮為了選市長，講她的政治理念，張善政出席則是談他在行政院的一些施政理念。」
據了解，四月30日呂秀蓮是透過世新大學教授吳統雄主持一場「和平首都聯盟」座談會，邀請張善政對談，呂秀蓮在臉書中貼出照片並說：「今晚跟前行政院長張善政博士對談，由吳統雄教授主持，很高興跟許多網友交換意見，度過了一個豐富的夜晚。」當天座談的內容是針對國際空間、兩岸關係、國內政治與台北市政廣泛交換意見。
