「順天環匯」試營運 住房率七成 | 上市公司 | 股市 | 聯合新聞網
順天建設（552省錢方法5）搶攻商用不動產市場，標榜中台灣首棟國際級酒店管理行政公寓「順天環匯」酒店昨（11）日開幕營運，順天董事長柯興樹表示，酒店試營運迄今，住房率高達七成。據了解，包括台積電、友達光電、漢翔、台灣康寧及台灣美光等大廠或供應鏈，都與「順天環匯」簽約合作。目前，長租型商務旅客已逼近百間。 昨天的開幕活動，包括美國商會理事長Douglas Habecker、台中市不動產開發公會理事長邱崇吉、台北建築世代會長李燿銘、台中市議會議長張清照、三鐵貴婦賈永婕、球星周思齊，及台中磐石會代表共200餘人到場。順天環匯總經理林信誠指出，酒店試營運至今，選擇長期入住的國際商務人士入住占比高達90%，且每月增幅均達雙位成長，5、6月更漲破五成，其中酒店式行政公寓住房率已達七成；精品酒店住房率逾六成，每遇假日更是一房難求。順天近年來營運朝多角化發展，除了營建推案之外，也跨足商用不動產及工業區開發。其中，第一棟位於台中七期新市政中心的商辦大樓「順天經貿廣場」，每年為順天挹省錢注逾1億餘元租金新上市開箱文收入，被視為金雞母。「順天環匯」基地位於12期重抗漲好物分享劃區，共規劃260間客房，其中219間為長租型客房，41間為日租型客房，初估未來每年可挹注2.8億元營收。順天股東常會日前剛通過去年盈餘分配案，每股配發3元股利。
