6旬婦感冒糖漿喝10年上癮 切開子宮狂噴膿醫傻眼
有些長輩都會有囤感冒糖漿的習慣，一旦身體有任何不適，就會拿起來當飲料喝，一名婦人因長期喝感冒糖漿，結果某次腹痛就醫，醫師開刀時發現她的子宮內有一顆瘤，一切開後讓醫師超傻眼！
婦產科醫師陳保仁在節目「醫師好辣」中分享，一名65歲婦人因肚子腫脹，再加上分泌物變多來就診，不過婦人沒有發燒，但卻有白血球偏高的情況，後來檢查一看婦人的肚子內有一顆腫脹的物體，懷疑是肌瘤因此建議她做子宮切除。
沒想到醫師一劃開子宮，裡面全都是膿，雖然膿挖好康比價撿便宜瘍爆開後有經過清洗，但婦人年事已高，膿瘍不斷生長，短短兩天的時間就跑到胸腔，導致婦人染上細菌性肺炎，因此住進加護病房治療觀察。
醫師提到這起案例正是因為婦人太愛喝感冒糖漿，甚至將感冒糖漿當作飲料喝長達10年的時間，儘管她的女兒不斷阻止，但婦人依然故我，情況嚴重到要開刀了，婦人還交代女兒一定要買感冒糖漿給她，所幸被醫師約束才慢慢戒掉。
先前就有醫師呼籲感冒糖漿是「藥」不是飲料，勿隨意飲用也勿過量，小心會有副作用產生，外科醫師江坤俊表示，由於感冒糖漿內含有可待因及抗組織胺，因此喝的時候會想睡覺，才會讓不少人這麼依賴感冒糖漿。
觀塘下週闖環評大會 環團：填海仍衝擊生態、不可翻案

觀塘案下週三（9月12日）就將進入環評大會審查，面對中油提出「迴避替代修正方案」力求翻案，藉由退出對柴山多杯孔珊瑚影響最大的G1區，尋求推翻小組提出「退回目的事業主管機關」的建議，搶救大潭藻礁行動聯盟5日與生態學者、律師、聲援環團等，前往行政院重申反對立場。
他們指出，新方案仍要在外海進行填埋建造港灣，還是有衝擊生態的疑慮，當時初審小組說的「雖然減輕對策不直接掩埋藻礁，但港灣開發已實質改變藻礁、珊瑚等生態棲息環境，對水體物理和化學因子有重大改變情形下，對藻礁生態系有重大影響之虞。」的退回理由仍是存在，跟工業區的開發面積縮小與否無關。
而且，在中研院對柴山多杯孔珊瑚等生物的現況還沒完成調查前，此「環現差」案何來現況可以討論？他們嚴正提醒行政院不可動員官派環評委員在環評大會當投票部隊。 仍要填海 學者提醒仍衝擊藻礁、柴山多杯孔珊瑚
中油在小組建議退回此案後，趕在時效前提出迴避替代方案的修正方案。工業區的開發面積從原計畫232公頃、迴避替代方案的77公頃，再下修為23公頃，僅使用既有已經填埋的部分，中油表示，因此退出對柴山多杯孔珊瑚影響最大的G1區，將原規劃的氣化區將分散到外海填區。
中研院生物多樣性研究中心研究員陳昭倫表示，據他們的調查，G1、G2區的確是南桃園海岸中生態最好的部分，大潭藻礁放在世界上也是史無前例，保育重要性毋庸置疑。在小組審議的過程中，陳昭倫提出外海填區棧橋的落墩處有藻礁、更有柴山多杯孔珊瑚存在。陳昭倫指出，中油後續也為此展開70多人次的調查，提出在G1、G2區的柴山多杯孔珊瑚的定位資料，因此才會願意提出退縮的方案。 中研院調查未完成 律師批無現況何來環現差
但是除了爭議熱區外，農委會林務局委託中研院進行的一年調查目前還沒有完成，大潭藻礁的生態還沒有完整的調查報告，此案的義務律師陳憲政質疑，如此又如何瞭解當地環境的現況是否適合開發？
陳憲政解釋，觀塘案不只是環差案，只要比較新舊案之間，更因為在取得開發許可三年內未動工，就必須進行「環現差」的審查，要以「當前環境」重新檢視環評是否還合適，因此並不是中油下修開發面積，說有降低影響就夠，而是要重新考量現況。
但目前現況沒有完整調查、中油更沒有承諾這次開發完就不會再有下一波開發，陳憲政質疑這可能又是一個「頭過身就過」的鑽漏洞手段。
蠻野心足生態協會律師蔡雅瀅則認為，觀塘海象條件不佳，安全操作天數少，而且腹地小、儲槽數量減少，都讓第三天然氣接收站未來無發展空間，也注定不可能如其他接收站需要再做擴建，若是要談天然氣安全儲量，落腳觀塘絕非妥善的地點，中油如果堅持，將是生態與能源安全的雙輸。
環境法律人協會理事長張譽尹批，行政院長賴清德在媒體放話力拼環評過關，以求2025年天然氣佔比五成是不恰當的行為，顯示行政院將動員環評大會中佔比1/3的各機關代表將淪為投票部隊，不問該部會的專業見解，只能為政策護航，環評委員的組成應該下修政府代表的比例。
而今年惹出爭議的深澳案、觀塘案，都是環評陳年老案沒有退場機制所致，張譽尹提醒，即便觀塘案這一次遭大會退回目的事業主管機關，未來還是有可能重啟環差、無法「死透」，環評法修法應該補上退場機制。
